This website is run by YG AUTO Car Accessories, JC1134, Jalan Bestari 1, Seksyen 2, 77200 Bemban, Melaka. For any privacy question, WhatsApp or call us on 011-5768 3665.

The website has no accounts and does not store form submissions. When you use the booking form, the details you type (car model, year, service, preferred date and time, notes) are turned into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing reaches us unless you choose to send that message.

When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we receive your phone number, the name on your WhatsApp profile and whatever you tell us about your car and the work you want.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (city or region) and clicks on the WhatsApp, call and directions buttons. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. It does not tell us who you are.

One cookie of our own, NEXT_LOCALE, remembers the language you chose for up to one year.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Some pages show content from Google (the map and Google reviews) and Facebook (project videos, which only load when you press play). WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, a Meta service. These providers may collect data under their own privacy policies.

We use what you send us only to answer your enquiry, check what fits your car, give a quote, arrange an appointment and follow up on work we have done. We use website statistics to improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal data.

WhatsApp chats and call logs stay on our business phone for as long as they are useful for serving you and keeping records of work done. You can ask us to delete your chat history at any time.

Under the PDPA you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to us using it. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone and we will respond as soon as we can.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above.
